Does AuthentiGate see my ID?

No. Persona runs the check; the bot never sees the images. It keeps your date of birth (encrypted), region, the sex on the document and a one-way fingerprint of the document so one ID verifies one account.

Do I have to verify again in every server?

No. You verify once, and every server that uses AuthentiGate (with Premium) gives you its roles.

Can staff see my date of birth?

No. They only see your age band and region, and only if their server has roles for them.

How do I delete my data?

Run /delete_my_info, or press Delete my data in /profile. You can't verify again for 30 days afterwards. Servers' moderation cases about you are kept.

Does the bot read our messages?

No. Filtering is done by Discord's own AutoMod. The spam trap only notices who posted in the trap channel. Ticket transcripts are the one place message text is read, once, when a ticket closes.

Does it need Administrator?

No, and it never asks for it. See Getting started.

What's free?

Pronoun and gender roles, all moderation, logs, reports, appeals, most automation, and basic tickets. ID verification and the Verified/age/region roles need Premium.

My moderators can't see the commands.

Allow their roles in Server Settings → Integrations → AuthentiGate. See Staff tiers.

Can I change the bot's language?

English is the only language in the bot today.
