Settings
HelpStep by step (from the bot's Help button):
- Add a category. Each kind of ticket you take: Support, Reports, Partnerships.
- Place it. A private channel under a Discord category, or a private thread in a channel. Threads keep the channel list tidy; channels are what most members expect.
- Pick its staff. The roles that see and handle it. Left empty, the moderation staff from
/moderationdo. Ping roles are notified when one opens. - Add a panel and post it. Pick a channel and the categories it offers, then Post. Edit it later and Update: the message is changed in place.
Each category also has an emoji, a description, a welcome message, how many tickets one member may have open at once, and (Premium) up to a few Questions members answer before it opens.
Settings decides what closing does (keep it, locked, with Reopen and Delete, or delete it right away), when kept tickets are deleted, auto-close after inactivity (Premium) and whether the member gets the transcript by DM.
