Commands for members
These are the commands every member can use. Replies are private (only you can see them) unless stated otherwise.
/verify
Verify your age with a photo ID and a selfie. Run it in a server; it needs the server to have Premium.

Verification
Open the link to verify with a photo ID and a selfie. Persona checks them; this bot never sees the images. It keeps your date of birth, the region and sex on the document, and a one-way fingerprint of the document, so one ID verifies one account.
The link works once. If it stops working, press Get a new link.
The Verify button on a server's Verify message does the same thing. The whole flow, the results and the reasons it can be refused are on How verification works.
/profile
See and change what AuthentiGate stores about you: your verification, pronouns and gender. It also has the buttons to download or delete your data.

If you're not verified, the first line reads "Verified: no. In a server with premium, /verify starts a verification." Use my verified gender is only clickable after a verification. The My profile button on a Verify message opens the same panel.

Gender roles are free and work in every server that maps them.
/download_my_data
A file of everything AuthentiGate holds about you, sent privately. Works in a server or in a DM with the bot. You can do this once every 10 minutes.
Here is everything AuthentiGate holds about you. It includes your date of birth: keep the file private.
If you ask again too soon: "You downloaded your data a few minutes ago. Try again in ten minutes."
/delete_my_info
Delete everything AuthentiGate holds about you. The bot asks you to confirm first. Works in a server or in a DM with the bot. The Delete my data button in /profile does the same.
Delete your data?
Deleted: your verified identity (date of birth, age band, region), your verification history, your pronouns and gender, and your Stripe link unless you still pay for premium.
Persona is asked to delete your ID and selfie records too.
Roles: your verified, age, region, gender and pronoun roles go in every server.
Kept: servers' moderation cases about you, counted bans, and Stripe's payment records, which tax law requires.
You will not be able to verify again for 30 days, until November 20, 2026.
30-day lock
After deleting your data you can't verify again for 30 days.
Report
Right-click a message → Apps → Report message, or right-click a member → Apps → Report member. A pop-up asks:
- What is wrong: Spam, Harassment, Hate or slurs, NSFW content, Scam or phishing, Under age, Something else.
- Anything the staff should know: optional, only the staff see it.

Report #12 is with the server's staff. Thank you.
Reports only work if the server has a Reports log channel set in /logs. You can't report yourself, can't send the same report twice while it's still open, and can only send a few reports an hour.
Appeals
If a server has appeals turned on and you're banned, or timed out for a day or more, the DM you get has an Appeal button:

Reason: Spamming invite links
Sent by AuthentiGate for that server's staff. Replies here are not read.
Press it, write why the sanction should be lifted, and send. You get one appeal per case, and you hear back by DM.
